Understanding customer’s Pain Points and Desires.

The most important aspect of marketing is to understand customers pain points and desires. Pain point includes difficulty that the customers are having, his/her problems in day-to-day life, problems with a product or services.

Desires include his/her wishlist, features that a customer requires. Ans after understanding these two aspects and analyzing them, one has to work accordingly and design/or market the product that vanishes the problems and fulfils the desires of the customer.
